Each exists because the conventional answer removed teeth that could have been kept, or took years longer than it needed to.
The problem: months in temporaries, and no way to judge the result until it is permanent.
Design, facial aesthetics and bite analysis are settled before a tooth is prepared. You wear a physical preview of the finished smile and approve it first. Qualified cases then finish in two visits.

The problem: adults told that breaking and repositioning the jaw is their only option.
The underbite is treated as a restorative problem rather than a skeletal one. The bite is rebuilt instead of the jaw moved, replacing eighteen to thirty-six months of orthodontics. Patients fly in for it.
The problem: nobody can say whether your teeth should be saved or replaced, so they get replaced.
A five-phase protocol settles structural viability, gum and bone stability and bite physics before a single extraction is proposed. It exists to prevent premature extraction, and implants that were never necessary.

For properly selected adults, yes. The Kurpis Method™ changes how the teeth meet rather than repositioning the jaw, and suitable cases finish in as few as two visits. Severe skeletal discrepancies still need surgery, and we will say so plainly.
Often, yes. “Hopeless” frequently reflects the limits of a particular provider rather than the tooth. Porcelain engineering, bite realignment and periodontal treatment can save teeth others would extract. The consultation is free.
